Vigiscope (VGS) was built around a simple idea: reporting an emergency should be as fast and direct as possible, and the response behind it should be just as fast. Instead of routing reports through a generic call queue, every report goes straight to a trained command center that verifies the incident and dispatches a nearby, vetted responder.
We work with security professionals and responders who are identity-checked and onboarded directly through our command center, and we design every part of the app — from the SOS button to the dispatcher console — around getting help moving in minutes, not hours.
