Your information is used to verify your identity, route emergency reports to the command center, and connect you with a responder. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Who can access your data
Report and location data are only visible to the dispatcher and responder assigned to your active incident. Access is logged and audited.
Data retention
Incident records are retained for as long as required for service quality, safety review, and legal compliance, after which they are securely deleted.
