VGS Mobile Reporter APP – This App would be downloaded on the user’s mobile phone for quick incidence reporting.

It enables incidents to be reported within 5 seconds of their occurrence to the control and command center of Security Agencies. With the swipe of a finger on the VGS Mobile Reporter App, a person reporting an incident sends an alert message to a specific command centre (control room) showing the address and coordinates of his location.

This reporting can be done in silent mode without the knowledge of the Criminals. The user can upload images of the scene and via dynamic forms transmit critical incident information to the command centre. The “escort me” features on the App enables Under Cover Agent on assignment to pre-set the mobile reporter to start recording and transmitting live audio and visual streams to the control centre after a set time without the Target knowing.

• VGS Dispatcher – The Dispatcher would be installed at the command centre (control room), the dispatcher automatically sees the exact location of the person reporting the incident as well as video surveillance of the crime scene.

It also displays every potential responder via a map and the closest most relevant responders are notified through automated online dispatch function.

The command centre manages the incident from start-to-finish via a web browser. All messages received by the dispatcher are automatically recorded and stored in the cloud.

The recorded messages can be retrieved when necessary and used as documentary evidence against a criminal in the court of law to ensure justice or during interrogation to obtain more evidence.

• VGS Responder APP – This App would be downloaded on the mobile device to be installed in the Responders’ Patrol Vehicles. It can also be downloaded on the mobile phone of all responders. 

Once responding to a call, a responder uses VGS Responder APP to dynamically update critical information to VGS Dispatcher and can call for additional reinforcement of men and resources if necessary.

The VGS Responders App can be installed in Patrol Vehicles for prompt response to crime reporting.
